Today I hac my coffee with Tiny, she is the grandniece of Coco Chanel,
she has the most wonderful stories. Also she has the most amazing
things that Auntie Coco had given her. A wonderful woman, she doing a
canard, that is dipping the sugar cube in the coffee then eating it.

While watching the Australian grand prix, Jenson Button is in the

Not quite a lazy Sunday morning... Had to stay up untill 1am to go a
get my daughter from a party 25 minutes away from here, a little run
this morning so a nice long espresso was very welcome. It's not at all
cold but the sun is very hidden with grey clouds.

ambassadeurs residence, of course a real coffee

Today in a rental studio Oasis in Paris, they have a coffee machine
saeco, it grinds the fresh coffee bean makes the espresso and empties
the coffee grounds
The coffee is not that great though

Lunch at Le Bouchon Bordelais in Bordeaux very good steak, and a great
espresso

A good "morning" coffee at the hotel majestic in Bordeaux , what a
beautiful town, I watched the sun rise over the river this morning

Tuesday night

Tonight we are eating at Le Mably in Bordeaux very nice freindly
restaurant
Excellent food, a very good late night espresso such a releif after
the train coffee, my coffee from within the station gare monparnasse
was drinkable, but the coffee on the train had to be thrown away!!
Tonight was a panic since my phone had a flat battery BUT I borrowed a
phone took the picture and emailed myself the picture!! How cool is
that.

On the tgv going to Bordeaux this morning for an American magazine ,
got a coffee to go at monparnasse station a truly rubbish coffee!!

Well I have been a away fir a few days
in England with a good friend Vince, he makes a great cup of coffee
but I have no Internet on my phone abroad so I could not update the
blog, we had a great few days working on and riding race bikes.
Back home now and back to a long espresso in a glass, very nice.

Saturday should always be a lazy morning..... Saturdays here are rush
rush shopping etc. So the coffee is rushed, not the way to have your
coffee

Sugar or not

Some say we spoil the coffee with sugar, I always put in half a spoon,
most of it is left at the bottom of the cup though. When in Italy I
never sugar the coffee, that would be frowned upon.
